My career began over 40 years ago, trading and selling mortgage-backed securities before most people had even heard the term. Over time, I learned something simple but powerful: real estate finance can truly change lives. It provides stability, opportunity, and sometimes, a fresh start.

Now, I continue that mission here in my hometown. Born and raised in San Francisco, I still live and work in this City by the Bay — helping clients navigate deals that others might call too complicated.
