Joey has worked on over 100 Phase I ESAs and numerous Phase I Transaction Screen Assessments (TSAs) throughout the Central Coast, Bay Area, Central Valley, and Northern California Regions. Joey has extensive experience designing and implementing a wide range of Phase II Preliminary Site Assessments and Site Characterization studies including soil, soil vapor, indoor air, groundwater, storm water, and wastewater sampling for a wide range of residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial clients.
